We are not accepting any more volunteer requests for 2023! Thanks to all that have put their name forward.  If you see the crew on the day having a great time and are considering volunteering next year, read on for some more information.

Buckfest is an amazing event, but our success isn’t just down to the Committee. Every year, in the few days running up to the festival our volunteer numbers grow massively – these brilliant people are known as the ‘Buckfest Crew’ and we couldn’t do it without them. The Crew help to set up and run the festival – it’s a great way to meet new people and get to know your community and many of our volunteers come back year after year because they have such a great time which speaks volumes!

 

No experience is necessary, we just ask that you come with a positive attitude and are willing to get stuck in wherever we need you to. We don’t have many rules, other than if you’re volunteering on the day of the event we ask for a minimum of 3 hours to help with event management. As you can imagine there’s a lot of clearing up to do the day after the festival too, so if you can spare a few hours on the Sunday we would be extremely grateful!

 

The most important part of volunteering with us is about having fun and to feel the enormous sense of achievement on the day when it all comes together.
